The Recovery Room

Reset & Rebuild is a signature treatment designed to bridge the gap between hands-on therapy and long-term results.

The session begins with a full therapeutic massage tailored to your specific concerns, using targeted techniques to reduce pain, improve tissue quality, and restore movement. Once the body has been “reset,” the final 15 minutes of the treatment are intentionally reserved for rebuilding.

During this time, Wade works with you off the table to:
- Review and prescribe individualized therapeutic exercises
- Reinforce the changes made during treatment
- Improve movement quality, mobility, or strength
- Clarify technique and correct form on exercises you’re already doing

This approach helps ensure the benefits of your treatment carry over into daily life, training, and long-term recovery, rather than ending when the session does.
